New report shows Facebook and Twitter use soaring!

New comScore data reports that Facebook and Twitter use on mobile devices is growing exponentially while MySpace use is declining. Facebook now sees 25.1 million mobile users as of January 2010, more than double the users in January 2009. Twitter grew to 4.7 million, which is 4-times what it was last year. Cell Phone Service Provider Price War

Verizon Wireless was the first to drop their unlimited calling plan rate Tuesday, followed by the other 2 big providers, AT&T and Sprint. Verizon now charges $70 for unlimited calling, a drop of 30%. New Google Phone unlocks the Android

Google, Inc. will begin selling its new Nexus One cell phone in 2010. In the beginning, the phone will be sold without being tied to any ONE cell phone provider. So you bought a new or used cell phone, and a nice one at that - speakers, 3G, multimedia, the works - but now its time to hook it up with a plan for it to be used. Depending on your circumstances, particularly whether or not you already have a plan in order, activating your cell phone may or may not be easy. The first order of business is to make considerations about the carrier you will be using, if you haven’t done so already. In the United States, the four most popular carriers are AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Sprint. For each carrier, there are separate guidelines you’ll need to follow to activate your phone.
