Google, Inc. will begin selling its new Nexus One cell phone in 2010. In the beginning, the phone will be sold without being tied to any ONE cell phone provider. China Global reported that a young Chinese couple sold their 6 day old son for $366. Then they used the money to buy a new cell phone. If that wasn’t bad enough, the father then tried to re-sell the boy for four times the original price. Read the rest of this entry »

There’s a new software application named TipSoft that allows you to report crimes anonymously via text messaging. The obvious target market is the texting generation who already live by their thumbs. This same group also witnesses more crimes than the average middle aged person, so the idea is have them help law enforcement agencies by anonymous reporting.

With the rising unemployment numbers and economic challenges most of us are facing today, should we be worried about paying our cell phone bills on time? According to Creditcards.com none of the cell phone providers report your payment history to the credit bureaus. Is this a good thing?

The latest and greatest idea for free energy is the harnessing of the air turbulence created in the wake of your moving vehicle. The experimental device takes advantage of the air flowing past your vehicle as you speed down the road. Apparently the motion creates an energy vortex that can be stored and used as a clean alternative source of energy.
